Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily construction activities at the project site.
Monitor construction work as per approved drawings and specifications.
Ensure quality of materials and workmanship.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and site workers.
Check measurements, quantities, and material requirements.
Maintain daily site progress reports and documentation.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and construction guidelines.
Coordinate with senior engineers, architects, and project managers.
Assist in BOQ preparation, estimation, and billing.
Ensure timely completion of assigned construction activities.

Required Qualifications
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.




1–3 years of experience in real estate or building construction preferred.
Freshers with positive technical knowledge may also apply.
Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and construction drawings is preferred.
Valuable communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
