Job Responsibilities:
Generate leads through calls, references, networking, and other approved channels.
Explain life insurance products, advantages, policy features, and premium options to prospective customers.
Identify customer financial protection needs and suggest suitable products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Follow up with potential customers and convert qualified leads into sales.
Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by the company.
Assist customers with the application and policy documentation process.
Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.
Follow company policies and applicable insurance regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 12th pass or graduate, as required for the specific vacancy.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of sales, marketing, or insurance is an advantage.
Ability to convince customers and build skilled relationships.
Target-oriented attitude and willingness to learn.
Basic computer knowledge.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
