Vendor and supplier identification, evaluation, and selection
Price negotiation and commercial discussions with suppliers
Purchase Order (PO) creation, release, and tracking
Coordination of logistics, transportation, and material delivery
Knowledge of GST regulations and procurement compliance
Shipment coordination and dispatch documentation
Invoice verification and processing
Follow-up with suppliers for timely delivery of materials
Preparation and verification of packing lists and dispatch documents
Inventory and material procurement coordination
Maintaining procurement records and supplier databases
