Responsibilities:
Handle domestic and international flight bookings.
Manage ticket issuance, reissuance, and cancellations.
Coordinate with airlines and clients for smooth travel arrangements.
Maintain customer records and ensure timely updates.
Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, or in-person.
Requirements:
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
Basic knowledge of air ticketing and reservation systems (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre preferred).
Valuable communication skills in English and Hindi.
Computer literacy and attention to detail.
Fresher or experienced candidates both can apply.
Job Type: Full time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
