Key Responsibilities
Daily Operations: Manage the facility's day-to-day administrative and operational functions, including facility maintenance, scheduling, and equipment upkeep.
Staff Leadership & HR: Handle recruitment, onboarding, training, performance appraisals, supervision, and daily management of center personnel.
Financial & Budget Management: Oversee the centre’s budget, track expenses, manage payroll inputs, and work toward revenue, sales, or enrollment targets.
Compliance & Safety: Enforce health and safety guidelines, local building/industry codes, and organizational quality standards.
Stakeholder & Customer Relations: Handle escalated client/student/patient complaints, lead community outreach, and build relationships with external partners or head office.
Reporting: Deliver regular performance, financial, and operational updates to senior management or the board of directors.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
