About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Marketplace Manager to drive our brand's growth and performance across leading e-commerce platforms, including Amazon, Myntra, and Flipkart.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and scale business across Amazon, Myntra, and Flipkart.
Own marketplace P&L;, revenue growth, and profitability.
Develop pricing, discounting, and promotional strategies.
Negotiate with marketplace category managers for better visibility and margins.
Oversee product listings, catalog management, and content optimization.
Monitor KPIs, including CTR, conversions, sales, and returns.
Coordinate with operations and supply chain teams to ensure smooth fulfillment.




Lead and manage a small team
3–6 years of experience in e-commerce marketplace management.
Hands-on Amazon marketplace experience is compulsory.
Experience with Myntra and Flipkart is preferred.
Solid knowledge of marketplace P&L;, pricing, and promotional strategies.
Excellent negotiation and analytical skills.
Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and marketplace dashboards.
Solid leadership and communication skills.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
