Job Description: HR Executive – Recruitment
Company: BuildMyInfra Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Udyog Vihar, Phase 1, Gurugram
Experience: Minimum 2 Years
Work Mode: Work from Office (WFO)

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to selection, offer rollout, and joining.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other job portals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR discussions with candidates.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
Negotiate salary packages and manage offer discussions.
Follow up with selected candidates to ensure successful joining.
Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring MIS.
Ensure timely closure of vacancies as per hiring targets.
Manage candidate documentation, background verification, and pre-joining formalities.
Support onboarding, induction, and other HR activities as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications




Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.
Minimum 2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment portals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Robust coordination, follow-up, and time-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies and work in a target-driven setting.
Experience in technical or infrastructure recruitment will be preferred.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
