JOB DESCRIPTION:
Preparation of detailed production planning & implementation with workers.
Analyzing production data to identify bottlenecks & inefficiencies, then implementing process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste.
Developing & Maintaining Detailed work instructions & Standard Operating Procedures(SOPs) for production processes.
Implementation of Quality Assurance Plan.
Identifying & Addressing Quality Issues through root cause analysis & corrective actions.
Managing project timelines & budgets for production process improvements.
Providing technical support to production operators & training them on recent processes & procedures.
Skills:
7 yrs of proven shop floor experience in transformer industry.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
