Victory Rainwear is looking for an experienced and responsible Factory Manager to independently manage daily factory operations, production planning, workforce management, and quality control.

Key Responsibilities

Manage overall factory operations and daily production.

Supervise cutting, stitching, sealing, finishing, and packing departments.

Ensure timely completion of production targets and orders.

Manage factory workers, supervisors, and labour allocation.

Maintain product quality and minimize wastage.

Oversee raw material inventory and machinery maintenance.

Improve production efficiency and control manufacturing costs.

Maintain daily production reports and coordinate with management.

Candidate Requirement.

Robust leadership and workforce management skills.

Valuable knowledge of production planning and quality control.

Ability to independently handle factory operations.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
