Key Responsibilities
Conduct soil, climate, site assessments and site surveys.
Prepare plantation plans, species selection and technical reports adhering to Miyawaki standards.
Manage vendor negotiations and coordinate with nurseries for procurement of healthy native saplings.
Monitor plant growth, maintenance schedules, pest/disease issues, and prepare weekly reports with documentation.
To facilitate community engagement and guide volunteers or corporate partners during afforestation.

Key Skills Required
Solid knowledge of plant health, soil science, pests/diseases, and species selection and biodiversity conservation.
Ability to manage field operations independently with positive interpersonal and communication skills
Positive documentation, analytical and reporting skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
