Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive – HR to manage end-to-end HR operations for our manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in recruitment (non-IT/blue-collar & white-collar hiring), statutory compliance, and general HR operations. Candidates from a manufacturing background will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding
Handle end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles across departments (production, quality, stores, admin, sales etc.)
Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.), consultants, and referrals
Screen resumes, coordinate and conduct interviews, and manage the selection process
Conduct salary negotiations with selected candidates
Issue offer letters and appointment letters




Conduct induction and onboarding for recent joiners

Employee Lifecycle Management
Manage confirmation process and documentation post probation period
Conduct exit interviews and handle full & final settlement coordination
Maintain complete and updated employee documentation and personnel files as per audit requirements.

Employee Engagement & HR Operations
Plan and execute employee engagement activities and initiatives
Address employee grievances and support a positive work culture
Support other general HR operations and administrative tasks as needed

Candidate Requirements
Experience: Minimum 3+ years in HR, specifically in recruitment, HR operations, and compliance
Industry Preference: Candidates from manufacturing/industrial background preferred
Communication: Positive spoken and written English skills
Skills: Familiarity with job portals, HR documentation
Education: Graduate/MBA/PGDM in HR or related field (recommended, please confirm)

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹31,000.00 per month
