HR Recruiter Intern – Work From Home

Stipend: ₹5,000 - ₹8,000 /month + Incentives

Duration : 1-Month Paid Internship → Full time Role after 30 Days, based on performance

Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass

Experience: Freshers can apply, but prior calling experience is mandatory.

English: Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) are mandatory.

Work Mode: 100% Remote

Roles & Responsibilities
Source and screen candidates for open positions.
Make recruitment calls and explain job opportunities.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Maintain candidate records and daily recruitment reports.
Achieve daily calling and recruitment targets.

Mandatory Requirements
Personal laptop and Android smartphone.
Reliable Wi-Fi connection and reliable power backup.




Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
Prior calling experience (any field).
Basic computer knowledge and confidence in making recruitment calls.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
