Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Production Planner to manage workshop schedules, coordinate resources, monitor job progress, and ensure timely production and delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.
Convert customer orders into work orders and production schedules.
Coordinate with stores, procurement, production, quality, maintenance, and dispatch teams.
Monitor material availability, work-in-progress, machine capacity, and delivery timelines.
Track production output, machine utilisation, and schedule adherence.
Maintain job cards, production reports, and planning records using Excel/ERP systems.
Identify bottlenecks and improve productivity and operational efficiency.

Candidate Requirements




Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering preferred.
2–5 years of experience in production planning or workshop operations.
Knowledge of production scheduling, inventory control, and manufacturing processes.
Proficiency in MS Excel; ERP/MRP experience is an advantage.
Solid planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
