JOB SUMMARY

CUBE invites applications from B.Com / M.Com graduates of proven experience to join its project team as Accountant. The ideal candidate shall bring demonstrated expertise in project accounting, statutory compliance and financial reporting, underpinned by sound judgment and skilled integrity. The selected candidate shall be entrusted with ensuring accurate and timely financial records for the project office.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
Qualification. B.Com / M.Com.
Experience. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.

Technical Competencies
Proficiency in Tally / accounting software and MS Excel.
Sound knowledge of GST, TDS and statutory compliance.
Accuracy, integrity and attention to detail.
Prior experience in project or construction accounting preferred.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Accountant shall support CUBE's project leadership team in financial management, including:
Maintaining books of accounts and recording day-to-day transactions accurately.
Processing vendor payments, salaries, reimbursements and advances after due verification.
Preparing invoices, bills and supporting documents for billing to the client.
Handling GST, TDS,



PF / ESI and other statutory compliance and filings.
Reconciling bank statements and maintaining petty cash and cash-flow records.
Monitoring project budgets and expenses and reporting variances.
Preparing monthly financial statements and MIS reports.
Supporting statutory, internal and client audits with complete records.
Coordinating with the Office Manager and head office on financial matters.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
