We are looking for a hands-on Plant Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily maintenance activities. You will issue work permits, coordinate schedules with plant officers, manage the labor workforce, and ensure all maintenance work orders are completed safely and on time.

Key Responsibilities
Work Permits & Safety: Issue and manage safety work permits (Hot Work, Confined Space, LOTO) and enforce plant safety protocols.
Operations Coordination: Coordinate directly with production, operations, and safety officers to minimize downtime.
Labor Management: Supervise, allocate, and track daily tasks for technicians, mechanics, and general laborers.
Execution: Oversee preventive and breakdown maintenance to ensure work orders are completed and closed out properly.

Qualifications
3+ years of plant maintenance experience, with prior supervisory experience.
Diploma/B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering / Civil Engineering
Solid knowledge of Permit to Work (PTW) systems and industrial safety standards.
Proven leadership and communication skills to manage ground-level teams.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
