Job Title: Production Supervisor – Injection Moulding
Industry: Plastic Injection Moulding / Plastic Parts Manufacturing
Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:
Supervise daily production activities in plastic injection moulding.
Handle production planning, manpower allocation and shift management.
Monitor injection moulding machines and ensure smooth production operations.
Ensure production targets, quality standards and delivery schedules are achieved.
Identify and resolve production issues, machine-related problems and moulding defects.
Monitor rejection, scrap and rework to minimize production losses.
Coordinate with quality, maintenance and tool room teams.
Ensure operators follow safety procedures and production instructions.
Maintain daily production reports, rejection reports and shift handover records.
Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machines and raw materials.

Requirements:




Experience in Plastic Injection Moulding and Plastic Components Manufacturing preferred.
Previous experience as an Injection Moulding Supervisor, Production Supervisor or Shift In-charge preferred.
Knowledge of injection moulding machines, moulds, process parameters and plastic part defects.
Ability to manage production operators and achieve production targets.
ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Plastics Technology or a relevant qualification preferred.
Candidates with relevant industry experience will be given preference.
Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary & Perks:
Monthly Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹35,000, based on experience and skills.
