Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily production activities for interior projects, including modular kitchens, wardrobes, cabinets, furniture, and custom interior elements.
Review approved drawings, BOQs, specifications, and production schedules before starting manufacturing.
Coordinate with design, procurement, factory, vendors, and site execution teams.
Prepare and monitor production schedules to ensure timely completion and delivery.
Follow up on material availability, purchase orders, and vendor deliveries.
Track production progress and report delays or issues to the Production Manager.
Ensure materials and finished products meet the required quality standards and approved specifications.
Coordinate factory inspections, quality checks, packing, dispatch, and transportation to project sites.
Ensure site measurements and approved drawings are available before production begins.
Coordinate installation schedules with project managers and site supervisors.
Maintain production reports, material records, delivery schedules, and job status updates.
Identify production bottlenecks and coordinate corrective actions.




Ensure proper utilization of materials, minimize wastage, and maintain cost efficiency.
Follow up on pending items, snag lists, rework, and final project handover requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Mechanical Engineering, Production, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in interior fit-out, modular furniture, carpentry, or furniture manufacturing.
Knowledge of production planning, material coordination, and quality control.
Ability to read and understand interior drawings and technical specifications.
Valuable communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and production tracking reports.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of AutoCAD drawings is an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
