KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
10+ years of robust experience in the furniture industry
Valuable relationships with Interior Designers & High-End Clients
Handle premium client negotiations and close high-value deals
Take complete ownership of client projects from enquiry to completion
Ensure client work is completed before the committed timeline
Manage store staff and coordinate with all departments
Monitor daily work, pending tasks and execution
Submit daily target & completion reports
Set daily targets and ensure achievement
Motivate and encourage the team to improve performance
Resolve client and operational issues quickly





CANDIDATE PROFILE
Robust leadership and team-management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Proven ability to handle high-end clients
Strong execution and follow-up skills
Result-oriented with complete ownership
Professional corporate dressing, grooming and personality

We are looking for an experienced leader who can take complete ownership of the store, clients, team and results.

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
