About the Role

We are looking for a agile and organized Senior Facilities & Construction Supervisor to oversee the operations and upkeep of a contemporary ground-plus-eight-floor commercial building. The successful candidate will help ensure that construction and maintenance work is completed safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Appoint, coordinate and monitor AMC vendors, including AC, fire-fighting and pest-control services.
Oversee repairs and maintenance, including gardening, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning and painting work.




Manage housekeeping activities and monitor service quality.
Monitor security guards and building security operations.
Coordinate vendors, negotiate pricing and manage procurement.
Support new office setups and administrative coordination.
Use MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Google Workspace; provide basic troubleshooting for minor computer issues.
Use ChatGPT or other AI tools to support work where appropriate.
Provide friendly, helpful and qualified service to tenants.

Requirements
Graduate with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
Proficiency in English is essential.
Good vendor-management, negotiation and coordination skills.
Experience in construction activities is an advantage.
Friendly, cheerful and service-oriented approach.
