Job Description – Service SMRE (Maijo Automobiles)
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Service SMRE to join Maijo Automobiles. The candidate will be responsible for managing service-related customer inquiries, coordinating service appointments, following up with customers regarding vehicle servicing and repairs, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting the service team in achieving customer retention and service targets. The role also involves maintaining customer records, handling feedback, and promoting service packages and value-added services.
Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline; automobile-related qualifications are an added advantage.
Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
Freshers or candidates with relevant automobile service experience may apply.
