Job Responsibilities:
Manage retail sales of architectural hardware products in the assigned area.
Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, and retailers.
Identify recent business opportunities and expand market reach.
Achieve sales targets and monitor market performance.
Manage dealer networks and ensure solid customer relationships.
Coordinate with internal teams to support sales and business growth.

Requirements:
Experience in retail sales of architectural hardware or building materials.
Solid communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Experience in dealer and distributor management.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
