Job Summary

IRGB Technology is hiring a Counsellor to guide students and walk-in enquiries toward the right creative and digital courses. You will explain course content and career scope clearly, help students make confident decisions, and support them from first enquiry through enrollment.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents about courses in Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, Video Editing, and Animation
Explain course curriculum, duration, fees, and career prospects clearly
Handle enquiries received via calls, walk-ins, and online leads
Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions
Conduct demo sessions and institute walk-throughs
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions




Coordinate with trainers and the operations team
Meet monthly admission and counselling targets

Requirements
1–2 years of counselling experience in an institute or training sector
Good knowledge of Digital Marketing, Design, Video, and Animation courses
Ability to explain courses and career scope clearly to students
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English
Confident, persuasive, and student-friendly approach

Preferred Skills
Experience with CRM or lead tracking tools
Basic understanding of creative industry job roles
Robust follow-up and target-driven mindset

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
