Key Responsibilities:
Fundraising through angel investors, VCs, and strategic investors.
Identifying and securing government grants, startup funding, and subsidies.
Managing statutory audits, taxation, and financial compliance.
Financial planning, budgeting, cash flow, and risk management.
Exploring equity funding, venture debt, bank financing, and alternative funding prospects.
Managing investor relations, financial projections, and due diligence.
Qualifications:
CA / CMA / MBA Finance or equivalent.
Proven fundraising and financial leadership experience.
Solid investor network and knowledge of government funding schemes.
Pay: ₹36,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
