Ensure quality patient care and compliance with hospital protocols.
Prepare duty rosters and manage staffing requirements.
Monitor nursing procedures, infection control, and patient safety standards.
Train, guide, and evaluate nursing staff performance.
Maintain nursing records, reports, and documentation.
Coordinate with doctors, hospital administration, and other departments.
Ensure compliance with NABH standards and applicable healthcare regulations.
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
