We are looking for a proactive Project Manager to oversee current outlet development and expansion across our brands, ensuring timely execution from property finalisation to outlet launch.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end outlet project execution, from site finalisation and design to construction and launch.
Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, landlords, and internal teams.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, BOQs, and overall capex.
Track construction progress, quality, and adherence to brand standards.
Coordinate procurement, equipment installation, and interior fit-outs.
Work closely with Operations, HR, Marketing, and Procurement teams to ensure launch readiness.
Identify project delays, resolve execution challenges, and provide regular progress updates to management.




Handle multiple projects simultaneously across locations.

Requirements:
3–6 years of experience in project management, preferably in F&B;, restaurants, retail, or hospitality.
Strong knowledge of civil work, interiors, MEP, and vendor management.
Good coordination, budgeting, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel as required for projects across India.

Preferred Candidate: Someone who can independently drive projects, manage multiple stakeholders, and ensure outlets open on time and within budget.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
