Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, confident, and motivated Telecaller to join our physiotherapy clinic. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential patients, handling patient enquiries, scheduling appointments, following up with existing patients, and supporting the clinic's growth by building strong patient relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential patients and follow up on enquiries.

Handle incoming calls and provide basic information about physiotherapy services.

Schedule appointments and coordinate with physiotherapists and clinic staff.

Follow up with existing patients regarding appointments and treatment continuity.

Maintain patient enquiry records and call reports using Excel or other clinic software.

Remind patients about upcoming appointments and missed sessions.





Communicate professionally and politely with patients.

Support patient engagement, feedback collection, and clinic growth activities.

Requirements

Good communication skills in Malayalam and basic English.

Hindi or other language skills will be an added advantage.

Valuable telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle patient enquiries patiently and professionally.

Previous telecalling, customer service, or healthcare experience is preferred, but freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
