Job Title: Robo Programmer – Welding RobotJob Description

We are looking for a skilled Robo Programmer to program, set up, and optimize welding robots to achieve efficient production and consistent quality.

Key Responsibilities
Program and set up welding robots as per engineering drawings and production requirements.
Develop, modify, and optimize robot programs for different welding components.
Optimize cycle time, robot movements, and welding parameters to improve productivity.
Ensure consistent weld quality and compliance with specified standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve robot programming, welding, and process-related issues.
Conduct robot setup, teaching, and parameter adjustments as required.
Work closely with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to resolve process issues.
Support new product development, trials, and process improvements.
Maintain robot programs, process parameters, and related documentation.
Ensure secure operation of robotic welding systems and follow all safety procedures.

Required Skills




Experience in welding robot programming and operation.
Knowledge of robotic welding processes and welding parameters.
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
Knowledge of robot teaching, programming, and troubleshooting.
Positive problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work effectively with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams.

Qualification & Experience
Qualification: Diploma / ITI / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, or related field.
Experience: 2–10 years in robotic welding / robot programming preferred.
Experience with industrial welding robots will be an added advantage.
