Vythiri Village – Luxury Spa Resort is looking for a motivated and technically skilled IT Trainee / IT Assistant to support daily IT operations and ensure the smooth functioning of the resort's IT systems.

Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support to hotel staff for hardware, software and network-related issues.
Assist in maintaining computers, printers, scanners and other IT equipment.
Provide support for hotel management software, particularly IDS software.
Assist with troubleshooting issues related to the hotel property management system (PMS).
Support user account creation, system configuration and basic software installations.
Monitor network connectivity and assist with Wi-Fi and LAN troubleshooting.
Coordinate with software vendors and service providers for technical support.
Maintain IT inventory, system records and documentation.
Ensure data security,



system backups and confidentiality of hotel information.

Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
Knowledge of IDS hotel software is preferred.
Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking and troubleshooting.
Good problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to support users across different departments.
Willingness to work in a hospitality setting.

Preferred Skills
Experience with hotel PMS and front-office operations.
Knowledge of Windows operating systems, LAN and Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
Previous experience in a hotel or resort IT department is an advantage.

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
