About the Role

We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Marketing Manager – D2C Business to drive online sales, strengthen brand presence, and expand customer reach in the FMCG industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, and D2C business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute D2C marketing strategies to increase sales and brand visibility.
Manage e-commerce platforms and support online sales growth.
Plan and monitor digital marketing campaigns for customer acquisition and retention.
Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and campaign performance.
Coordinate with sales, operations,



and product teams to achieve business objectives.
Track key marketing metrics and identify opportunities to improve sales and profitability.
Work towards expanding the brand's customer base across online and offline channels.

Requirements
1–5 years of relevant experience in D2C, e-commerce, or digital marketing.
FMCG industry experience will be preferred.
Knowledge of online marketplaces, customer acquisition, and sales growth strategies.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
