About the Role

Spartan Kitchen, part of the premium Spartan Fitness wellness ecosystem, is looking for a customer-focused Barista to prepare and serve quality beverages while maintaining excellent service, presentation, and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to quality and presentation standards.
Operate and maintain coffee machines and beverage-preparation equipment.
Manage beverage ingredients, stock levels, and workstation cleanliness.
Take customer orders, communicate effectively with guests,



and coordinate with the restaurant team.

Requirements
Previous barista or beverage-service experience preferred.
Knowledge of coffee preparation, beverage equipment, and hygiene practices.
Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced hospitality setting.
Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
