Roles and Responsibilities
Primary key POC to maintain and sustain eClerx ISO 22301 certification and related activities
Provide support to oversight for the eClerx Business Continuity Management and Crisis Management program to support and maintain a solid business resiliency, preparedness and response workplace across eClerx delivery centers.
Advise, review and support the businesses to maintain, update, validate business impact analysis (BIAs), risk management and business resiliency plans to identify critical applications/systems and develop recovery capabilities and priorities. To support facilitation and coordination of exercises and testing.
Support BCM lead to coordinate/suggest actions to mitigate business continuity risks associated with facilities, functions and operations to maintain the well-being of employees, protect assets, and provide continued service for clients during business disruptions
Assess regularly recovery capability/ solutions and reports on status to stakeholder groups
Facilitate 24x7 preparedness real time response support during crisis and disruption
Manage activities with the functions/stakeholders that play a role in crisis management




Oversee the IT Disaster Recovery testing and preparedness in eClerx from BCM standpoint.
Coordinate BCM Program training and awareness activities across eClerx

Skills to have
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Technology or related field required (Post graduation preferred)
Over 4 years of corporate risk management and related experience, with at least 2 years in a Business Resiliency/ Crisis Management or comparable position.
Relevant Business Continuity, Crisis Management or Risk Management certification is an added advantage.
Knowledge of IT disaster recovery and field experience preferred.
Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and tasks
Detail oriented to ensure accuracy and results focused with ability to work at strategic as well as operational/ tactical level.
Excellent English written and verbal communications skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience in drafting/releasing advisories would be preferred
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to provide team with a transparent sense of direction
