Job title: Accounts Head / Accounts Manager
Qualification: B.Com or M.Com; CA Inter or CMA is an advantage.
Experience: 1–2 years in accounting and finance,
Software: Hands-on experience in Tally Prime or Tally ERP 9.
Taxation: Valuable knowledge of GST, TDS, income tax and statutory compliance.
Reporting: Preparation of trial balance, Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet and MIS reports.
Leadership: Ability to manage an accounts team and coordinate with management, banks and auditors.
Key responsibilities
Manage complete day-to-day accounting operations in Tally.
Supervise purchase, sales, receipt, payment, journal and contra entries.
Handle accounts payable, receivable and bank reconciliation.
Monitor GST returns, input tax credit and TDS compliance.
Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.
Coordinate statutory audits, tax audits and year-end account finalisation.
Monitor cash flow, outstanding payments and collections.
Review the work of junior accountants and ensure accuracy of financial records.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
