Key Responsibilities:
Prepare architectural concepts, layouts, floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed working drawings for real estate projects.
Coordinate with internal teams, including Structural, MEP, PHE, Projects, Planning, and other relevant departments, to ensure integrated and clash-free designs.
Liaise with GLADA (Greater Ludhiana Area Development Authority) for submission, review, approval, and follow-up of architectural drawings and project-related documents.
Ensure architectural designs comply with applicable building bylaws, zoning regulations, development control norms, and statutory requirements.
Prepare and submit drawings, area statements, and supporting documents required for statutory approvals.
Incorporate observations and revisions received from GLADA and other concerned authorities.




Coordinate with external architects, consultants, and government authorities to ensure timely completion of design and approval processes.
Maintain updated records of approved drawings, revisions, NOCs, and statutory approvals.
Provide design clarifications and technical support to the execution team during project implementation.
Monitor design deliverables and approval timelines to ensure project schedules are met.

Candidate Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch).

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
