About the Role

Spartan Kitchen, part of the premium Spartan Fitness wellness ecosystem, is looking for a skilled and motivated Commi Chef to support daily food preparation and kitchen operations while maintaining consistent food quality, hygiene, and presentation standards.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare ingredients and assist in cooking dishes according to recipes and kitchen standards.
Maintain consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation.
Ensure proper food storage, hygiene, and cleanliness of kitchen workstations.




Coordinate with senior chefs and kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and smooth service.
Monitor ingredient usage and minimise food wastage.

Requirements
Previous experience in a qualified kitchen preferred.
Basic knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation, and hygiene standards.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced kitchen.
Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
