Roles and Responsibilities
Collect, verify, and maintain daily operational data from different departments.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Analyze data using Microsoft Excel and identify trends, errors, and performance gaps.
Maintain and update records related to orders, tanker loading, transportation, and vehicle operations.
Track order status, vehicle movements, loading details, and delivery updates.
Coordinate with the Order Team, Operations Team, Accounts Team, and other departments to collect accurate data.
Prepare dashboards and summary reports for management review.
Monitor pending orders, delays, and operational issues.
Ensure data accuracy, proper documentation, and timely report submission.




Provide support to team members for data entry, report preparation, and system-related querie,
3. Required Skills
Valuable knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis.
Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau is an added advantage.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to prepare reports and meet deadlines.
Basic computer knowledge and experience with business software.
4. Educational Qualification
Any degree in B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, BCA, or a related field.
Additional certification in Data Analysis, Excel, or Power BI is an advantage.5. Experience
