Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls, queries, and complaints.
Maintain positive relationships with customers.
Coordinate with sales and production teams regarding orders and delivery updates.
Follow up with customers on pending orders and payments.
Maintain customer records and update order status.
Provide product updates and ensure customer satisfaction.
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly.
Required Skills: Positive communication, customer handling, follow-up, and coordination skills. Experience in the gold jewellery industry is preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
