PGT Tamil Teacher – Roles and Responsibilities
Plan and conduct effective Tamil classes for Classes IX to XII, ensuring thorough coverage of the prescribed syllabus.
Prepare detailed lesson plans and deliver engaging lessons on Tamil grammar, prose, poetry, and literature.
Provide intensive coaching for board examinations with a solid focus on key questions, question patterns, and expected learning outcomes.
Conduct rigorous revision sessions to reinforce concepts, improve retention, and ensure complete syllabus preparation.
Prepare students through regular unit tests, weekly tests, model examinations, and board exam practice papers.
Correct answer scripts meticulously, provide individual feedback, and guide students on improving answer presentation, accuracy, and time management.
Analyse test results, identify learning gaps,



and conduct remedial classes for students requiring additional support.
Monitor students' academic progress through continuous assessment and maintain detailed performance records.
Train students in writing structured answers, presenting key points, managing examination time, and avoiding common errors.
Conduct repeated revisions and follow-up assessments to strengthen students' confidence and readiness for board examinations.
Provide individual attention and motivation to help students achieve their maximum academic potential.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
