Key Responsibilities:

Financial Analysis & Deal Execution (80%)
Conduct financial analysis, valuation, and support due diligence through detailed data-room review, and validation of key assumptions.
Build and maintain financial models - DCF, comparable company analysis, cap tables, and scenario/sensitivity analysis.
Evaluate business plans, unit economics, and financial statements of prospective portfolio companies.
Prepare investment memos, the financial sections of pitch decks, analytical reports, and proposals for the leadership team and investors.
Support active fundraising mandates through financial structuring, data rooms, and transaction documentation.
Conduct investor mapping, sector research, and competitive benchmarking.
Track progress across live engagements and ensure timely,



accurate follow-ups.
Monitor portfolio and pipeline performance against key financial metrics.

Cross-Functional Responsibilities (20%)
Support investor outreach, relationship management, and meeting preparation.
Assist in startup screening and early-stage evaluation projects.
Contribute to improvements in modelling standards and analytical frameworks.
Participate in ecosystem events, networking sessions, and workshops.
Represent the firm in analytical discussions with clients and investors as required.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
