Department: CV Sales

Job Purpose: To support the Sales Manager in achieving sales targets, guiding the sales team and ensuring positive customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
Support the Sales Manager in achieving monthly sales targets.
Guide and motivate Sales Consultants to improve their performance.
Follow up with customers and help convert enquiries into sales.
Monitor daily sales activities and update sales reports.
Ensure timely follow-up of customer enquiries and leads.
Assist in planning sales activities and promotional campaigns.
Coordinate vehicle bookings, finance, insurance and delivery.
Maintain positive relationships with customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
Support the team in resolving customer issues.
Follow company policies and Mahindra sales procedures.

Qualification:
Degree in any discipline preferred.

Experience:
Experience in automobile sales is preferred. Candidates with relevant sales experience may also apply.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
