Preferred Qualification:
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering.
Candidates with relevant site management experience will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily construction and renovation activities.
Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship.
Coordinate with contractors, labourers, and suppliers.
Ensure work is completed as per plans, specifications, and timelines.
Monitor material usage and maintain records of site expenses.
Maintain the record of material procured and delivered to contractors.
Ensure safety standards and proper use of materials at the site.
Provide regular progress updates to school management.
Preferred Candidate:
A disciplined, trustworthy, and proactive person with valuable coordination and site management skills.
