Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Pre-Sales Executive with a background in the real estate industry. The candidate should have robust calling skills and experience handling both inbound and outbound calls to generate leads and engage potential customers.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls from prospective customers.
Generate and follow up on leads through calls.
Understand customer requirements and provide relevant project information.
Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
Maintain lead records and update customer interactions in the CRM.
Follow up with potential clients to improve conversion rates.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate pre-sales.
Experience handling both inbound and outbound calls is mandatory.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Willingness to work at the Kodambakkam, Chennai location.
Comfortable working 6 days a week with 1 day off.
Salary: ₹30,000 per month
