Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced recruitment qualified to manage end-to-end hiring, build client relationships, and guide recruiters to achieve individual and team targets.

Key Responsibilities
Manage recruitment from sourcing and screening to interviews, offers, and joining.
Understand client requirements and submit relevant, quality profiles.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients.
Track selections, joining commitments, and replacement requirements.
Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and share daily and weekly reports.
Achieve assigned recruitment and revenue targets.
For the Team Lead role: Allocate requirements,



coach recruiters, review performance, and drive team delivery.

Requirements
Senior Recruiter: 2+ years of recruitment experience.
Team Lead: 3+ years of recruitment experience, including team handling.
Robust communication, sourcing, negotiation, and client coordination skills.
Recruitment consultancy experience preferred.
