About the Role

Spartan Kitchen, part of the premium Spartan Fitness wellness ecosystem, is seeking a skilled Kitchen Executive to oversee daily kitchen operations while maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily kitchen operations, coordinating food preparation and service to ensure timely, consistent, and high-quality output.
Monitor inventory, ingredient availability, portion control, and food wastage.
Ensure food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness standards are maintained.
Coordinate with kitchen staff,



service teams, and management to ensure smooth workflow.

Requirements
Relevant experience in professional kitchen operations.
Robust knowledge of food preparation, kitchen management, and hygiene standards.
Excellent communication and team-coordination skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.
Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
