Recruitment exp: Use of latest Recruitment tools, ability to hire freshers from campus
Interviewing skills
On boarding
Caring nature, Staff Empowerment and Welfare
Staff performance measurement, incentives and hikes
Attendance and payroll, leave management
Act on Resource gaps, Training needs
Maintain files, documents as per Quality standards ,resolving staff grievances
