Job Description: Marketing Operations

Responsibilities:
Manage Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
Plan and schedule posts, reels, stories, and promotional campaigns.
Identify, contact, and coordinate with influencers and beauty creators for brand collaborations and product promotions.
Negotiate influencer collaborations and manage campaign deliverables.
Coordinate with designers and video editors for content creation.
Monitor social media engagement, reach, followers, and campaign performance.
Track competitors and skincare industry trends.
Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports.

Requirements:
Experience in social media or digital marketing.
Positive communication and influencer coordination skills.
Knowledge of social media platforms and content planning.
Interest in skincare and beauty products.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
