Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Associate to generate leads, connect with potential customers, build relationships, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have positive communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and an interest in sales.

Key Responsibilities
Generate current leads through calls, social media, online platforms, and field activities.
Contact potential customers and explain the company's products and services.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
Follow up with leads and convert them into paying customers.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain customer information, lead records, and sales reports.




Coordinate with the operations and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Identify new business opportunities and monitor competitors.

Required Skills
Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM tools.
Ability to manage leads and follow up consistently.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
Previous sales or business development experience is an advantage.

MBA.

Sales, marketing, or customer-handling experience is a plus.
