We are looking for a skilled Social Media Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads to manage social media campaigns, generate quality leads, and improve digital marketing performance.

Responsibilities
Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
Monitor campaign performance, optimize ad budgets, and improve ROI.
Develop social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
Conduct audience research, keyword research, and competitor analysis.
Track campaign results and prepare performance reports.
Create effective ad creatives and collaborate with the content and design teams.
Implement A/B testing to improve ad performance and conversion rates.





Requirements
1–2 years of hands-on experience in digital and social media marketing.
Robust knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
Experience in lead generation, campaign optimization, and budget management.
Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), conversion tracking, and reporting tools.
Valuable communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet marketing targets.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
