Key Responsibilities:

Operations & Business Analysis (80%)
Manage and optimise day-to-day operational workflows across deal execution, research, and firm functions.
Design, document, and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process-improvement initiatives.
Analyse business and operational data to identify inefficiencies, trends, and prospects for improvement.
Build and maintain dashboards, MIS reports, and performance-tracking frameworks for leadership.
Translate business requirements into explicit process specifications and actionable recommendations.
Coordinate cross-functional projects, ensuring timely execution and accountability across teams.
Support resource planning, capacity management, and operational budgeting.




Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across the firm's functions.

Cross-Functional Responsibilities (20%)
Partner with leadership on strategic initiatives and special projects.
Support hiring, onboarding, and internal knowledge-management processes.
Contribute to technology and automation initiatives that improve operational efficiency.
Assist in vendor, partner, and stakeholder coordination as required.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
