Key Responsibilities:
Conduct title verification and legal due diligence of land/property.
Draft, review, and negotiate agreements, deeds, leases, and vendor contracts.
Ensure compliance with RERA, property laws, and local regulations.
Coordinate with external advocates, government authorities, and internal stakeholders.
Support litigation, dispute resolution, and legal documentation.
Manage property registration and maintain legal records.
Qualifications & Experience:
LL.B. from a recognized university.
3–8 years of experience in real estate legal functions.
Robust knowledge of property laws, contract drafting, due diligence, and regulatory compliance.
Pay: ₹293,013.28 - ₹600,882.26 per year
