Achieve monthly calling, lead generation, and sales targets.
Build good relationships with potential customers.

Required Skills:
Good communication skills in Hindi.
Basic knowledge of smartphones and computers.
Confidence in speaking with customers over the phone.

HR Executive

Job Responsibilities:
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
Call applicants and explain job roles, salary, and company details.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.




Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview attendance and selection.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
Assist with onboarding, joining formalities, and employee documentation.

Required Skills:
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email.
Ability to handle recruitment calls and candidate follow-ups.
Good organizational skills and a skilled attitude.
